Fund Control & Disbursement
Review of all pertinent draw documentation: AIA, Invoices, Lien Waivers, W-9’s, and Supplemental Backup. Fund Disbursement through secure account.
Lender Representation at OAC Meetings
Represent Lender at least once a month at OAC Meetings. Ensuring the Lender's interests are protected throughout the project lifecycle.
SBA 7(a) and SBA 504 Inspections
Review of all pertinent contractor draw documents, site inspection, and Fund Control Disbursement through our secure account for any SBA Loan.
Completion Assistance
Completion Assistance for the Lender security in the event of a Contractor default. Helping projects cross the finish line.
Pre-Construction Meeting
Conference call to get all parties on common ground for the funding process from the outset of the project.
Term Portfolio Review Inspections
Review of existing portfolio properties to ensure maintenance, proper use, and overall condition of site and structure.
Property Condition Assessments/PCA’s
Review provides the Lender with a condition analysis of an existing property, identifying immediate and future needs.
